As An IEEE Member over 18 years, and been this my own website, if you are an IEEE member with voting privilege, I want you to be inform in this upcoming election, and I ask for your vote for Dr. S. K. Ramesh for President Candidate in the upcoming 2024 for the 2025 period. He has been my Professor in Optic Communications at California State University CSUN, I endorse him not only because he has been my professor, but for all the great work as past president of the ABBET, and HKN. Below his preliminary credentials
"...DR. S.K. Ramesh is an IEEE Fellow with over 41 years of IEEE service, including the IEEE Board of Directors, Educational Activities, Publication Services and Products, IEEE-HKN, and the Fellows Committee. Key leadership roles include IEEE Vice President Educational Activities, President IEEE-HKN, and IEEE Hearing Board Chair. As VP Educational Activities, he worked closely with volunteers and staff to champion collaborative programs such as the IEEE Learning Network (ILN), and the Try Engineering Summer Institute. Ramesh served as 2022-23 President of ABET, the global accreditation organization, leading 2,200 volunteers from 35 member societies including IEEE, broadening engagement globally, while strengthening diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
Ramesh is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at California State University, Northridge, serving as dean from 2006-17. He received his BS degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras, and his M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale...."
